Proposal for Long-Term Corporate Partnership
UPost- travelservice / UPost Global invites companies, online retailers, and e-commerce businesses to build a long-term partnership with us for local courier delivery and international logistics.
Our local courier service operates throughout Edmonton and the supported Edmonton Area service zones. We handle corporate parcels and customer orders weighing 1–30 kg, and we provide e-commerce integration, real-time delivery tracking, and additional services for recipients.
Our goal is not simply to complete individual deliveries, but to become a reliable long-term logistics partner for your business.
1. Capacity of Up to 50 Parcels Per Day — Available Today
At this time, we are able to reliably handle and deliver up to 50 parcels per day.
For a large business, this volume may seem modest. We understand that, and we prefer to be transparent about our current capacity rather than promise more than we can reliably deliver.
At the same time, we are a company that is committed to growth. We continue to expand our logistics infrastructure, automate our processes, improve our technology, and increase our delivery capacity as the needs of our corporate partners grow.
Today: up to 50 parcels per day. Our goal is to grow alongside our partners and continuously increase this capacity.
2. A New Local Courier Company Backed by More Than 5 Years of Logistics Experience
UPost- travelservice is a new local courier division, but our team has been working in the logistics industry for more than five years.
We have practical experience in international shipping, e-commerce logistics, warehouse operations, and cross-border parcel delivery.
In addition to our operations in Canada, our company also has warehouse infrastructure in Italy, allowing us to support both local and international logistics services.
We are not asking you to move your entire delivery volume to us immediately.
Start by sending us a few test orders.
This gives you an opportunity to evaluate our delivery speed, communication, tracking system, courier service, and overall customer experience without making a major commitment.
We will do everything we can to make sure that after those first few deliveries, you will want to continue working with us for the long term.
3. Local Courier Delivery in Edmonton
We provide corporate courier delivery throughout Edmonton and the supported Edmonton Area service zones.
Our main delivery service packages are:
UPost DIRECT — Delivery by 10:00 a.m.
Priority morning delivery for time-sensitive shipments.
UPost LOCAL — Delivery by 1:00 p.m.
Delivery during the first half of the business day.
UPost PRIORITY — Delivery within the business day
Standard delivery completed during the business day.
Our base rates apply to parcels weighing 1–30 kg. We also offer dedicated pricing for Volume Clients — 50 parcels per day.

4. Additional Delivery Options
Corporate clients may also use the following additional services:
After-hours Delivery — delivery between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Weekend Delivery — delivery on Saturday and Sunday
Holiday Service — statutory holiday delivery may be available by prior request and confirmation
Our standard local courier service accepts parcels up to 30 kg.
Shipments exceeding the permitted actual or volumetric weight, or the applicable dimensional limits, are not accepted under the standard local tariff.
5. E-commerce Integration
For online retailers and corporate clients, we offer the ability to integrate UPost delivery services directly into your order-processing workflow.
WooCommerce
Our WooCommerce integration can support:
automatic transfer of order information to UPost;
automatic creation of delivery requests;
shipping label generation;
automatic assignment of a unique tracking number;
transfer of the tracking number back to the WooCommerce order;
delivery status updates.
Shopify
We also offer e-commerce integration for Shopify, including:
automatic transfer of order information to UPost;
creation of courier delivery requests;
shipping label and tracking number generation;
transfer of shipment information back to Shopify;
delivery status synchronization.
For companies using their own ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platform, we can also discuss a custom API integration.
6. Real-Time Delivery Tracking
We want the delivery process to be transparent for both our corporate partners and their customers.
Our service can include:
a real-time delivery tracking widget;
a unique tracking number for every parcel;
live shipment status updates;
SMS notification approximately 15 minutes before the courier arrives;
a photo of the delivered parcel after delivery is completed;
electronic proof of delivery.
This gives both your company and your customer better visibility throughout the delivery process.
7. Edmonton Service Area
UPost Local Courier operates within designated Core Edmonton FSA and Extended FSA service zones.
The base tariff applies within the Core Edmonton FSA area. Deliveries to designated Extended FSA zones are subject to an additional surcharge.

8. Corporate Rates
We offer both standard retail pricing and dedicated pricing for companies with regular delivery volumes.
For businesses shipping approximately 50 parcels per day, we offer a separate Volume Client rate structure.
All current rates, service areas, surcharges, weight limits, and delivery conditions are included in the attached UPost Local Edmonton Tariffs PDF.
Rates are quoted in CAD + GST, and fuel is included.
9. Complete Delivery Workflow for Your Online Store
Our objective is to minimize manual work for your staff and make local order fulfilment as automated as possible.
A typical workflow can look like this:
Your online store → customer places an order → order is automatically transferred to UPost → shipping label and tracking number are generated → parcel is picked up → local delivery in Edmonton → SMS approximately 15 minutes before arrival → real-time tracking → delivery photo → order completed.
This allows your business to use UPost as a single local logistics partner while reducing manual order processing.
10. International Shipping — 62 Logistics Destinations Worldwide
Working with UPost Global gives your business access to more than local courier delivery in Edmonton.
With our help, your company can also ship parcels and customer orders to Europe, Asia, and many other destinations worldwide.
We currently support 62 international logistics destinations, with different service levels depending on your required delivery time and budget.
Available options range from cost-effective sea shipping to faster air and express services.
For selected destinations, express delivery options starting from approximately 5–7 days are available.
This means your company does not necessarily need one carrier for local Edmonton deliveries and another provider for international shipments.
Edmonton → Canada → Europe → Asia → other international destinations — through one logistics partner.
This is especially useful for e-commerce businesses that need both local last-mile delivery and international parcel shipping.
