Select the destination country (where delivery will be made) in the website menu, choose the shipment weight (kg), enter the parcel dimensions (sum of the three sides), and fill in the sender and recipient details accurately (no abbreviations). Then complete the payment.
After the import documents for the destination country are prepared, they will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp number provided during registration. Please print them and attach them securely to the parcel — without these documents, the parcel cannot be shipped.

When packing your parcel, always assume it must be as well protected as possible. We recommend sealing it fully with packing tape. The purpose of packaging is to protect the contents from external impact.
